Please follow these guidelines when submitting your photos to the Pets Personals site.
You can upload up to 5 photos of yourself and one for each pet initially. Unless they are paid subscribers, other members will only be able to view the first image you upload.
Images submitted must be of the JPEG (JPG) format.
Images must be under 1.8 MB (1800 KB) in size.
All images submitted will be resized to be 325 pixels in width in order to maintain a consistent look throughout the site.
If you are having problems, photos can be e-mailed to us at images@petspersonals.com and we will upload them for you. All efforts will be made to have images posted within 48 hours of receiving them.
Thank you for posting your profile on Pets Personals! Momentarily, you should receive an e-mail containing your username and password and confirming your registration. Once your profile and images are reviewed they will be displayed on the site. If there is a problem with your profile you will be notified by e-mail.
Please remember that until we build our national database of subscribers we are only accepting profiles at this time. You will receive an e-mail notice of potential matches when we start matching our subscribers.
At this time you can complete the sweepstakes entry form on the bottom of the page to be entered into our "Grand Opening Celebration" Sweepstakes. 3. Purchaser hereby agrees that subscription privileges are nonrefundable in the event that Purchaser chooses to suspend or cancel his/her membership. Furthermore, no refund will be made in the event of termination of Purchaser's membership due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Service as outlined in there in. In that respect, Purchaser hereby agrees that offensive behavior toward other members or use of foul language in the chat room, e-mails to members, or in Purchaser's profile will constitute sufficient grounds for such termination of Purchaser's membership by The Pet Network, LLC..
4. All disputes resulting from the subscription purchase, other e-mailing privileges, or any other purchase made within the PetsPersonals.com web site shall be brought to a binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Better Business Bureau, and all such arbitration shall take place in Cincinnati, Ohio.
5. By submitting this purchase, Purchaser hereby acknowledges, agrees, and authorizes The Pet Network, LLC to renew Purchaser's subscription, automatically, every month, at the guaranteed renewal rate that applies to the purchase option chosen by Purchaser, until such time as Purchaser instructs The Pet Network, LLC to stop the renewals. Renewals can be stopped by logging in as a member and clicking on "Account Settings" and going to "Cancel Subscription."
